Missing digital photos? Check your text messages and email spam or junk folder. Include the email or phone number you entered at the booth in your request.

Print problem? Note any screen message and tell us whether a print came out. Please don’t open the booth or pull on the printer.

Payment issue? Tell us the amount and whether the charge appears pending or completed. Avoid repeated payment attempts if the booth is not responding.
